Belly fat is the most common problem that worries individuals. If waistline is above 40 inches in men and 35 inches in women then it can be termed as abdominal obesity.
1. Stop eating sugar in any form
Natural sugar present in fruits and vegetables is safe for health. But added sugar shows harmful effects on metabolic health. Excess sugar consist a large amounts of fructose and this leads to the accumulation of belly fat.
2. Eat more protein
Protein is essential to become slim. Include protein rich foods in your diet and it protects you from insulin resistance.
3. Cut the Carbs
Carbohydrates play a major role in reducing belly fat. Cut down the carbs from your diet and many studies shown that appetite goes down with it. But don’t totally avoid it, take in certain amounts.
4. Add fiber foods
Add fiber rich food in your diet as it will reduce weight. The viscous and soluble fibers leave a great effect on your diet. This slows down the digestion and absorption of nutrients as a result there will be prolonged feeling of fullness.

6. Better Sleep
Now a day’s people get deprived from the sleep due to late night works, watching TV or any other habits. As per a study, sleeping less or below five hours increase the visceral fats. Try to get minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
7. Drink Green Tea
Good news for all the people who want to reduce their size by cutting down the fat. They can simply add green tea in their diet. Skip your milk tea or black tea with green tea as it is filled with full of antioxidants. The polyphenol intensifies the rate at which body turns food into calories.
